Information collected for enrollment

The Founding Pilot form collects your name, work email, company, total locations, retailer type, frontline-management challenge, and the number of locations you choose to enroll. CounterKite stores those answers with an enrollment reference, the selected monthly amount, the hosted checkout session identifier, payment status, and—after a successful claim—the manager account identifier.

Checkout is hosted by Stripe through Polsia's payment service. The app receives checkout and payment-verification details; payment card credentials are entered on the hosted checkout and are not collected by the CounterKite form.

Account and workspace information

If you create an account, the authentication service handles your name, email address, password credentials, verification state, and sign-in session. A session can include the IP address and user-agent fields received with a request. The manager workspace stores business and store names, optional store addresses, uploaded reference materials and their file contents, generated manager briefs and pre-shift packs, published employee links, and anonymous quiz answers and results associated with those links.

How information is used

Enrollment details are used to create and verify checkout and to match a paid pilot to a verified manager account. Account and workspace information supports sign-in, reference-library, brief, pre-shift, employee-link, quiz, and manager-results features. Reference text and, where needed, image content may be processed through Polsia's AI service to extract information or prepare drafts. Generated content can require manager review before use.

Service providers and page-view beacon

The app uses Polsia services for hosted payment sessions, payment verification, AI processing, account email delivery, and—when a deployment supplies an analytics slug—the page-view beacon. That beacon stores a polsia_vid value in local storage and sends a page-load pixel to Polsia; without the slug it does not run.

Information is kept as needed to support the related enrollment, account, or product feature. This policy does not promise a fixed retention period or automatic deletion schedule.
